OotP review
On Friday I  finally saw OotP in the cinema and loved it!!! I think it is a really well done adaptation of the book. OotP is one of my favourite books so I was very excited to see the movie but also wary because it is a very long book. It really surprised me to see it so well done, all the important facts were there. I saw a lot of people complaining that they cut so much, well yes they did but they can´t  include every little detail and I think they did a really good job.

I really hated Dudley´s voice but I ony saw the German version and I can´t remember his *real* voice.

The whole dementor scene was great and I loved the order coming to get Harry, the flight to Grimauld Place was amazing. I really loved Tonks, she was nearly exactly as I imagined her to be. It was a real pity that there were so few scenes with her.

Harry was a angry fifteen year old boy and I think that Daniel played it really well. He was angry at Ron and Hermione because they didn´t tell them anything, he shouted at Dumbledore, he talked back to Umbridge.......great!!!!

Sirius and Harry were....wow, I can´t really describe it. I didn´t like Sirius in the books but in the movie Gary Oldman played his role very good. I loved all the Sirius/Harry hugs (slash!!!!). Harry was always so happy to see Sirius, it was really cute. Sirius called Harry James in the battle at the Ministy and I loved it!!!

The Ministry was amazing!!! So many people and all the fireplaces and the guy selling the Daily Prophet and the builing was really expressive.

Grimmauld Place, loved it!!!

Remus, he was always in the background when we saw Sirius!!! (slash!!!!!!)

The picture from that Sirius showed Harry, really loved Alice Longbottom

Luna was amazing, she was this dreamy, weird girl that I imagined her to be. The scene with the Thestral where Luna explains Harry everything was great. (baby thestral...soo cute!!)

Umbridge was perfect, so evil! I really hated her.

I loved the whole DA scenes, we saw Harry teaching!!!

The kiss was really sweet but even better was the conversation the trio had afterwards, I love trio moments!!! It was really funny seeing Hermione explaining everything.

I din´t mind Cho being the one who betrayed the DA.

Bellatrix was fantastic, even better than I hoped her to be. The scene with Lucius....wow, he was so great (Let´s all calm down..I don´t know the exact words, only saw it in German)

The battle was great, could have been longer. It was great to see the spells flying around!

I liked the way they did Sirius death. I don´t even mind the AK but it was irritating that he stood there for like an hour after he was hit with AK, that should have killed him instantly.
I was so happy that they showed Harry holding Harry, it was so sad!! Dan´s acting was great, you could really see the anguish in his face, it was perfect and the silent scream...emotion pure. I really liked it that there was no sound when Harry went after Bellatrix.

Harry's possession by Voldemort....loved it!!!

The articles from the Daily Prohphet we saw at the end was a great way to tell the story, the whole time they showed it in the film was great.

Snape´s memory was ok. It was really short but I understand why they did it.

I didn´t like Harry giving Lucius the prophecy....just NO!!

The flirting between Ron and Hermione, loved it!!!

The dreams all the way through the movie...great!!!

The scene after Mr. Weasley gets attacked, with Harry in Dumbledore´s office. The way Dumbledore avoids Harry´s gaze and then when Harry had enough and screamed. LOOK AT ME! was fantastic.

The falling of the orbs in the Room of Prophecy as the kids ran out was awesome.

The detention Harry had with Umbridge was fantastic, her smug smile, the way the lines cut in Harry´s hand.

I really thought the scene where the twins comforted the little boy was great.

Hermione´s eyebrows were scary!!!

The Ministry and the huge Fudge poster reminded me of "1984" by George Orwell.

Snape holding Harry´s hand while he drags him down......Snarry anyone!!!

Tom Felton in black!!!

loved it when Mrs. Figg raised her hand in support of clearing Harry of all charges.

All in all a really great HP movie, maybe even the best one.
